This may come as no surprise, but I had many alliances this game. Allan was obviously my main ally. Knowing Allan and Kanga were really tight, I was willing to bring him in as the third wheel because I knew he wouldnt go against what Allan said. That was my main alliance from day 1 and it never changed.
Bret offered me an alliance of Him, Myself, and You. I agreed and was then part of 2 3-man alliances. After the first immunity challenge, Bret mentioned how us 5 were the ones that held the tribe together, so I went further with it saying us 5 should stick together. This put me in a great position. Not only did it give me a 5-3 tribal majority, but I also had a 3-2 majority inside that alliance for when we got further. I was never intending to take either you or Bret all the way. I had full intentions of going final 3 with Allan and Kanga.
The game changed when You and Bret were swapped for Andrew and Kyle. We no longer had the numbers. I immediately bonded with the 2 to make sure my alliance still had the majority. And the way I made sure that they were solid with me was actually very deceptive. I made it seem like it was a tough decision between voting against one of those 2 or one of our own original tribemates. When I agreed to vote out Brandon, it appeared as if I was putting trust in Andrew and Kyle.. when in reality, Brandon actually asked me to vote him out long before I even had that convo with Andrew. If you are curious, this was my convo with Andrew:
Per Brandon's wish, I agreed to vote him out before this converstaion even took place
.
When Andrew lied to me about how he voted at a Tribal Council, and didnt even fess up, I had enough and he was voted out.
Kirin was an ally too, but she lied to me twice about tribal council. I could no longer trust her.
I voted out Kyle because he was playing hard, and I could tell that he was making alliances left right and center. I also believe that Kyle would have turned on me eventually, because he would have known better than to stick with me and Allan.
I recruited James as an ally when he was on the outs and hanging by a thread. I figured that since he had nobody left in this game, he would stay loyal to me. Once I had James as an ally, it gave me the opportunity to take out who I thought was my biggest threat in the game, which was you Donna.
We may have been allies, but you are a good player, and I don't think you would have stuck with me all the way.. especially if you most likely wouldnt have respected the way I play the game. If there was anyone who had the ability to recruit people to go against me, it would be you. You are well liked, and viewed as a very honest player. Why wouldn't people want to ally you?
The other part to me voting you out was that it made Bret feel like he was cornered, and forced him to rely on me that much more.
I'm sorry if I hurt your feelings, but it was all part of the game, and I still think that voting you out was the right decision for me. It had nothing to do with me not wanting to be your friend. I still want to be friends with you.
Allan: This is a tough one. Allan is good friends with both of us. Allan may lean to Kanga's side because he didnt betray him.. but I think Allan will also see that I played the best game, and this shouldn't affect our friendship. I predict he will come to the conclusion that he needs to vote based on gameplay, and his vote will go to TAYLOR
Donna: I think that maybe you won't respect the way I played the game. You seem like an honest player, and I was kinda the opposite of that. I can only hope that you are able to respect how I played, and how I got to where I am on my own. But I will say you vote KANGA
Kyle: I think Kyle will understand I played a good game, and that me voting him out was a smart move on my part
. - TAYLOR
Bret: I think Bret will also look at who played the best game. He may not want to vote for me because I lied to him, and because I took Kanga to the finals, but I think he will realize that Kanga rode coattails the whole game. Plus I actually chat with Bret
- TAYLOR
Kirin: I thought I was close with Kirin, even though she lied to me a bunch during the game. She was really sweet with me, but I'm sure she is like that with everyone haha. From the sounds of it, her and Kanga had sumthin going on, so I say that Kirin will vote for - KANGA
Andrew: Andrew might be mad that I voted him out not too long after forming an alliance with him. I don't think Kanga formed an alliance with him. Plus I don't really talk to Andrew much, and I don't know how often him and Kanga talk with each other. I will just predict that based on me voting him off, he will vote for - KANGA
James: While he may be mad at me for lying to him and gettign his hopes up just before being voted off, I honestly was thinking of keeping him around. It didnt end up that way though. I think he will forgive me. And since I am in the same shoes as him money wise, I think he will find me throw his vote in my direction - TAYLOR
These are all just predictions. I could be way way off
